My son is 7 months old. He is a very active squirmer and rather strong for a baby. He is very good at rising up on his head and butt and flipping before you can blink, which makes diaper changing time a bit precarious. With this think he just lays there in rapt attention holding this box while it plays really nice classical tunes from Mozzart and Beethoven etc. No flipping and no concern he is going to take a header off the diaper changing table. I just orderd a second one for our diaper bag. I even like the music.

I bought this toy for my son before he was a year old. He'll be two years old next month, and he still loves this toy! This toy has gone with him to doctor's visits, grocery stores, on long car trips, etc... It keeps him entertained for several minutes --which is rare for little ones.(:
Just to give some details about the toy itself. The music consists of several well-known classical pieces, and it's very pleasant to listen to. A colored light display flashes across the screen while each piece is playing. Once one piece finishes, you touch one of the colors on the middle button, and a new piece will start.
I highly recommend this toy!

I ordered this toy when my daughter was 9 months old, thinking we could use it as a take-along lullaby box when we travel. The music bits are too short and the lights too bright for this to be a sleeping aid, but my daughter absolutely loved it as a toy and still happily plays with it after 2 months. She even hugs it! One of our better buys, highly recommended. Oh, and it's also durable. It must've gotten thrown on the floor 400 times by now and it still works well.

This is the one toy that my baby absolutely loves and does not get tired of. The music is pretty and I also don't mind listening to it over and over again. If my baby is crying for some reason, the lights and music on this always seem to soothe him and put him in a daze. He loved it at 4 months when I bought it, and still loves it at 7 months. He can hold onto it now and chews on the caterpillar handle. I take this with me in the car and on trips. It's small enough to stick in your handbag and it has a volume switch which is convenient when you are out. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this toy because he loves it so much! Definitely worth the purchase.

This is a great toy to buy. My son has played with it for 11 months and he still likes it a lot. It is one of the toys we take when we go out to eat or go in public. What impressed me the most is that it's very well constructed. My son has dropped it many times and it hasn't broken yet. I highly recommend it.
